You have to take out health insurance or, as a student with a EU / EFTA citizenship, apply for an exemption from the mandatory insurance obligation within 91 days after arrival. Persons who miss this deadline will be allocated an insurer at the discretion of the respective authority (which might be very expensive). Read the linked information carefully.
