365体育官网_365体育备用【手机在线】 Services is part of the Infrastructure domain and is organised into four sections and two staff positions.
In the Business Development and Support section, we support the head of department and the department’s employees in key areas such as communication, (business) controlling, project, quality and risk management, application support and personnel administration. We are also responsible for vocational training in the KV, Mediamatik and Interactive Media Design apprenticeships and ensure professional training.

What we offer
Vocational education and trainingIn the Events and Partner Organisation section, we support our customers from the permit to the conception and implementation of an event at ETH and ensure the professional accommodation of guests in the Villa Hatt and our own lecturer flats. We are also responsible for all catering and retail services.

What we offer
In the Information and Experience section, we act as the first point of contact and gateway to ETH: we offer on-site and virtual advice and coordinate visitor offers. Furthermore, we ensure orientation on campus, manage publication channels and foster dialogue with the neighbourhood.

In the Mobility and Logistics section, we provide ETH members with a sustainable mobility infrastructure, coordinate the distribution of mail and offer services in the areas of transportation, interior design, relocation and the management of storage and consumables.
