Standard process
Employee records working time
Employees record their working hours in ETHIS using the function "Attendance from–to" and set an associated flag for each entry. In addition, a comment can be entered for each time entry. After a month has been completely recorded, employees close the time sheet using the "Close" function and thus confirm the recorded hours.
Supervisor controls working hours
Supervisors regularly check employees' recorded attendances and absences in ETHIS.
Admin draws report
The line admin (or on-call supervisor) generates the evaluation half-yearly and adds the flat-rate amounts per employee to the table according to the separate shift planning. The completed table has to be sent to the budget officer by e-mail.
Budget officer releases payment
The budget officer actively confirms the hours / amounts for payment by sending an e-mail with the attached table to the responsible HR consultant with the confirmation "Approved for payment" or "Approved". For the half-yearly payment, the request must be sent to HR by the 10th of the month at the latest.
HR registers the payment
HR registers the hours / flat rates with the corresponding wage types per employee for the payment.
