5. Application external
Partner universities require an application for the admission of exchange students.
Procedure
- You will receive detailed instructions and a registration deadline for your application to the partner university from either the Student Exchange Office or the partner university directly.
- If your partner university requires an official transcript of records, you must order this via the Academic Services webshop.
- If your exchange starts in the Spring Semester, you may not be contacted until autumn. We recommend setting a reminder.
- Direct any specific questions about this application to the partner university.
- Due to the high number of applications, admission confirmation by the partner university may take several weeks.
- While the partner university has the right to reject applications, this is extremely rare.
